About Us
The Dining Team has been operating in the county of West Sussex for the last two years. The driving force behind The Dining Team is Arjen Westerdijk. Following a degree in Catering and Hotel Management Arjen has gained around 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry.
After a stint in the kitchens of the Dutch Royal Family, Arjen came to England and has been responsible for a large variety of operations. Both front and back of house he has achieved some great awards, building up restaurants to achieve 2 rosettes and organising, planning and managing events for up to 500 guests.
With The Dining Team, Arjen strives to combine his conference and banqueting, events management, food and beverage and kitchen experience. The Dining Team, caters for a diverse clientele from small groups of executives to large golfing events and banquets attended by hundreds of guests. The range of events include wedding receptions, shooting parties, barbeques, hot and cold buffets, wakes, music events, birthday parties, hog roasts, themed catering, corporate catering.
